What You will Do at North Bay Home Health:
· Provide in-home, specialized care to a pediatric patient one on one for a total of 12 hours
· Must follow Physicians orders in evaluating and caring for the patient and advise Physician of any changes in patient's condition or needs:
· Maintain appropriate preventative practices and procedures
· Prepare clinical and progress notes for individual patients to include physical and mental conditions of clients as well as signs and symptoms indicative of changes of condition
· Must be dependable and communicate effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
License:
· Current and active FL or Multistate LPN/RN license (Required)
· BLS CPR card MUST be through American Red Cross or American Heart Association

TB/Physical required

Experience: PREFER NICU NURSE w/exp working with infants
· Pediatric experience MUST
· G-tube, Trach and Vent experience (must)
· At least 3 years home health experience ·

Schedule: Requires 24-hour care; 12-hour shifts

Pay Rate
· LPN - RN $25-$40/HR
