Job DescriptionAt NorthBay Health the Director of Environmental Services is responsible to maintain overall cleanliness of NorthBay Medical Center, VacaValley Hospital, and other supported locations to the highest standard possible. The Director manages the day to day operations of the EVS departments, ensuring a consistently high level of cleanliness and appearance to patients, visitors and staff via managing and directing Environmental Services staff, budgets, equipment and supplies. The Director provides leadership, direction and management oversight for maintaining quality and continuous improvement of the standard EVS operating model within NorthBay facilities. The Director makes sound business decisions in support of the hospital’s mission and supports the organization’s vision to be a leader in providing the best facility for patient care, safety, service and value. Ensures compliance with hospital standard practices and all regulatory requirements.
