Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

We are looking for an experienced ADON to join our team at Northampton Post Acute!!

Make up to $60 an hour

8-16 hour shifts for Saturday and Sunday

Requirements

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License. Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
