Manage food and beverage service at the Snack Bar area. Provide informal and quick service to members and guests. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas. Supervise, schedule and train staff. Order food, beverage and supplies from the designated departments. Effectively manage inventory and staff to meet budget expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide food and beverage service of the best quality in accordance with the menu
• Coordinate and develop menu with chef and food and beverage director
• Maintain cleanliness of production and service equipment, storeroom, and service areas
• Supervise staff to assure highest productivity and conduct
• Train personnel in all facets of Snack Bar operation
• Assure that club service standards are maintained
• Greet members (by name) and guests in a friendly and cordial manner
• Submit orders for supplies, food and beverages from appropriate departments
• Requisition products from clubhouse and insure proper transfer and storage
• Prep and prepare all food served at the Snack Bar in accordance with State Health Code Regulations
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• Assists with the production and service of food and beverage products as necessary
• Schedule staff to provide adequate coverage based upon business
• Ensures that required revenue control procedures are consistently used
