Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently recovering vehicles and providing excellent customer service. This is a challenging yet rewarding position for individuals with mechanical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

Duties:
- Operate a tow truck or flatbed to recover vehicles
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck or flatbed
- Safely transport recovered vehicles to designated locations
- Perform basic automotive repairs, such as changing tires or jump-starting vehicles
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with recovered vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting vehicle owners and addressing their concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all recovered vehicles and related activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing recovery operations

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair
- Ability to operate a forklift is preferred but not required
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively

Note: This position may require working in various weather conditions and occasional lifting of heavy objects.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
