At North Valley Pediatric Therapy (NVPT), we're not your typical therapy center. We’re building a united community that brings together experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide comprehensive care. You’ll break down barriers for children with developmental delays and disabilities. You’ll be supported by an on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) at one of our centers. Are you looking to get your certification, minimum 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, or are you already an RBT®?

When it comes to compensation, you'll be in the range of $20-22 per hour, which translates to approximately $3,250 - $3,667 monthly or $39,000 - $44,000 annually if you're working full-time at 40 hours a week. Actual pay rates vary based on many objective factors including skills, certification, years of experience, and specific work location.
