Title: Clinical Program Manager – Multisystemic Therapy (MST)- Garland & Mesquite, TX
Position’s Role Summary:
North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA), based in Dallas is responsible for developing a collaborative system of care for children, adolescents and adults with severe mental illness and other serious emotional disturbances, as well as those experiencing a substance use disorder.
We are responsible for developing a collaborative system of care for individuals in crisis in the NTBHA service area. We are focused on trauma-informed, resilience-oriented care in all services provided.
This position’s actions and duties must align with NTBHA values and goals, regulations, policies and procedures, and meet all documentation standards and regulatory requirements. This position serves Dallas County areas of Garland & Mesquite, Texas. The MST Clinical Supervisor is expected to travel throughout Dallas County.

North Texas Behavioral Health Authority is looking for a dedicated and courageous leader with strong mental health clinical training to supervise and lead a team of 2-4 therapists in implementing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) in Ellis County. Supervisory and leadership is preferred.
Responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision for therapists on team, liaison with key collaborating agencies and with leadership inside the provider organization, ongoing training, staff development, and evaluation for therapist, and collaboration with MST expert consultants. With backup from other agency supervisory staff, the supervisor will be required to provide on-call support to therapists implementing MST. MST is a well-researched community based-treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity and their families. Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area.
Must be fully licensed as an LPC, LMFT or LCSW.
Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
