Job Summary and Qualifications

• As the Market Manager of Facilities and Life Safety, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, monitoring and evaluating the surgery center grounds and facility-related equipment for the ambulatory surgery centers in your market. You will be responsible for existing centers, new builds and HCA acquisitions within your market.
• You will manage construction projects
• Complete emergency and non-emergency work orders
• You will oversee preventative maintenance
• You will oversee activities related to Life Safety Codes and AAAHC/Joint Commission standards
• You will oversee mechanical systems including energy management, HVAC systems, medical gases, electrical distribution, emergency power, fire protection and alarm systems

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED, college preferred
• Five years experience in healthcare facilities operations and maintenance
• One year of experience with life safety and hazardous materials
