Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years’ previous experience in a Clinical Services related role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations and negotiation and human resources information systems required.
Licensures/Certification: Licensed counselor/social worker/psychologist required.
