This position supports the mission of North Suburban Medical Center. The Wound Care RN is responsible for direct patient care, including planning, directing and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with the Colorado Nurse Practice Act, Physician Orders, recognized nursing techniques and policies, procedures, and established clinical competencies. The Wound Care RN demonstrates critical thinking and leadership in planning and performing care of the patient. Responsible for meeting the clinical competencies set forth by NSMC. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
