Electrical Project Manager

Local Electrical Contractor looking to hire a Project Manager. Your role must be organized, knowledgeable and able to multitask. Also, must be a good communicator, strong leader and effective problem-solver. Project Managers need reporting skills to coordinate with managers, clients and team members to set expectations, objectives and convey information regarding deliverables. Oversee and coordinate tasks as well as motivate and encourage the team and define the road map to successfully completing projects. Must have team management skills including the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities, handle conflicts, and evaluate performances and coach team members to help them improve their skills.

Responsibilities:

· Initiating, designing, planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects

· Team player, facilitate commitment and motivate team members

· Manage the expectations and communicate the status of project milestones

· Build a comprehensive work plan and manage the budget for projects

· Create a project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle

· Adapt to upcoming product trends, new technology, user demographics and more

· Proficient in various software applications such as the Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel as well as project management software including Procore

· Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take off, change orders, RFI and contracts

· Ability to review budgets, manage expenses and negotiate costs throughout a project to avoid going over budget

· Prioritize tasks is paramount to success in project management
