We are seeking a site manager for multiple apartment communities inPalmer, Alaska. This full-time position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of these rental communities by providing strong customer service, organizational, admin and marketing skills.

Position requirements include:
Knowledge of federal housing programs (LITHC, AHFC)
Knowledge of Fair Housing policies, Civil and Disability rights
Basic computer skills (email, document preparation, word processing, scanning)

Job responsibilities include:
Marketing activities to ensure the properties are rented to their fullest capacity
Timely management of vacancy, turns and move-in processes
Meeting with applicants and residents
Property administration, including household qualification and recertification
Arrange for staff and/or vendors, ensuring cleanliness and safety of the buildings,
common areas and grounds.

Job requirements include:
Excellent communication, customer service and relationship building skills working with a diverse group of residents, vendors and staff
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Be responsible for all aspects of property operations
