Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our technology solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
Requirements:
-Able to go to HOA meetings and make presentations for roofing sales
-Knowledgeable of all roofing systems, Modified, TPO, Tile, and Shingle
-Able to estimate roof costs and put together proposal for the customer
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
