Work Schedule: Year round, varies, depending on season.

Pay: $24.86

Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the Activities Director supervising, directing, administering an orderly and efficient operation of Tartan Activities . The Activities Coordinator will also support the Activities Administrative Assistant. Based on the needs of the school and season, work hours and days for this position will vary.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience working with high school students.
Previous experience in the use technology
Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation and effective time management skills
Effective collaboration skills including strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and technology skills
Willingness to perform other duties, work irregular hours, and assume added responsibilities as needed
Ability to work a flexible schedule will be required, may require some weekend and longer hours during the week.
Responsibilities:
Assume all duties and responsibilities of the Athletic Director when he/she is not available.
Game Events Coordinator:
- event set-up-acts as a greeter for visiting teams-attends all home on-site athletic events-coordinate/schedule all workers at events
- handles student/public pre-sale of tickets-attend section away events as needed-reports tournament playoff results to appropriate people
Input rosters into Rschools.
Work with Activities Advisors/Coaches for contracts, tickets, etc for events.
Assist the Activities Director with home game coverage/Away game coverage if needed.
Assist with equipment ordering, inventory and facility scheduling, working with affinety k-12 schools and r-school today.
Setup online ticketing and give monthly ticketing reports to the business office.?
Coordinate all officials and event workers into arbiter for payment. Coordinate with Officials Assignors to schedule all officials.
Assists with all social media platforms.
Assist with uniform and equipment collection and storage.
Assist with registration of athletes. Coordinate student working off activity fees. Clear students for further participation (Fee Pay Registration)
Assist with data entry and bus ordering.
Assist the Activities Director in processing the equipment supply requests of the coaching staff. Prepare equipment needing repair for repair companies.
Maintain and schedule school van usage.
Develop positive customer service relationships with staff, staff and community.
Resolve interpersonal conflicts between students and spectators, as well as other problems related to the use of school district facilities.
Assist with uniform and equipment collection and storage.
Other duties as assigned.
