We're looking for a reliable and independent Cashier with experience prioritizing the needs of multiple customers. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience handling cash transactions and will have an opportunity to work at a growing company in a cashiering position. This position requires attention to detail, high-level multitasking skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

Efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. The cashier will take the customers orders, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to complaints and maintain a clean workspace.

To succeed as a cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them with menu items, and providing advice or recommendations.

Preparing drinks and cocktails according to the chef's specifications.

Accurately explain food orders to chefs, with specific attention to allergies and special requests.

Operating cash registers, and other electronics.

Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.

Resolving complaints.

Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.

Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items, such as alcohol.

Maintaining a clean workspace.

Any bar experience is a Plus.
Knowledge of Japanese, Chinese, Tagalog, Portuguese or Spanish language is a Plus.

-Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with customers
-Work in a fast-paced kitchen and food-service environment
-Work quickly in between the kitchen and customer orders
