The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead the operations of our Urology specialty! Our urologists evaluate and treat a range of urologic disorders in adult patients. This manager would oversee two practices:
- 400 Highland Ave, Salem, MA
- 1 Wallace Bashaw, Jr. Way, Newburyport, MA
Our Salem practice will be the predominant location, with 21 staff members (clinical and non-clinical) and our Newburyport practice has a total of 6 staff members. There are a total of 14 providers (9 Urologists and 5 APPs) that primarily practice in the two sites, but regularly rotate to our other collaborative multispecialty practices in Danvers and Peabody.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate profile is an adaptable, receptive, and dynamic “people leader” with proven operations experience. The focus of this position is working well with others, building and maintaining relationships, and motivating a team of diverse individuals to work in alignment to achieve office and organizational goals. There is a need for an effective communicator.
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a physician practice or a related health care environment
Preferred:
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Clinical background experience
