North Shore at Home is Hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time/Part-Time 1st Shift Near Stevens, WI
Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and earn$30per visit while providing exceptional care and making a positive impact onpatients' lives!
- Provide excellent, patient-centered, and quality care
- Ensure compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in status or condition
- Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home - enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
- Participate in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Conduct charting as required in accordance with the agency policy and procedure
- Participate in other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager
- Current dual state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Illinois & Wisconsin
- Current valid driver's license
- Experience working in a home health setting a plus
- Current CPR certification
- Experience using an Electronic Medical Records system preferred
