Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the completion of make-ready apartments for new move-ins and grounds maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Grounds clean-up
-Make ready turns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
Skills:
-Low voltage wiring
- Plumbing
- General maintenance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Pueblo, CO 81008: Relocate before starting work (Required)
