North Point Hospitality Group, Inc. is Hiring an Admin Specialist Near Nashville, TN

As part of the NPH Corporate Team, the Admin Specialist will be a support role in the day to day successful operation of the company. This individual needs to be highly organized, work independently and have a strong desire to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties including managing and organizing files/documents, making travel arrangements, creating reports or memos, managing brand discounts for CEO, COO, and some external partners.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events.
  • Other duties as assigned within the realm of ensuring effective day-to-day operations by completing tasks or delivering/ preparing information.
  • Communicating professionally with senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Administrative specialists may also be required to create reports and memos, organize events, and serve as assistants to senior-level officers.
  • Understand this position at times will be privy to confidential information and it must remain confidential.
  • Some travel is required – estimated at once a quarter.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Job experience: At least 2 years successful work experience managing the organization of an office or executive individual/team.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and able to solve problems with little direction.

Work Environment: Professional work environment, which requires frequent collaboration and interaction with multiple departments as well as with external vendors and guests.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

▪ Frequent sitting with computer use requiring close vision, repetitive motion; occasional lifting, bending
