Insurance Coordinator

Duties:
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve any claim issues or denials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance information in the system
- Provide assistance to patients in understanding their insurance benefits and coverage

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office preferred
- Familiarity with dental insurance plans, terminology, and coding systems
- Proficient in using dental practice management software for insurance processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter and manage data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, insurance companies, and the dental team

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
