• $60,000 guaranteed annual salary (paid bi-weekly via direct deposit)

We're on the lookout for a dynamic leader to join our team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take customers at the POS and invite them to join our unlimited club
• Lead and develop our car wash team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Efficiently create and manage staff schedules along with cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Evaluate and manage chemical inventory to keep the wash well-equipped.
• Handle customer damage claims with empathy and efficiency.
• Provide support during peak business hours and have open availability to work on weekends
• Perform hands-on maintenance in the tunnel, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage staff during call-outs, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
• Proactively address and find solutions for any equipment breakdowns in the tunnel.
• Generate insightful weekly management reports. And come up with ideas for marketing and growing the business.
• Uphold a safe wash environment, prioritizing customer and employee safety.

Qualifications

• Previous car wash experience preferred, especially with Washify POS.
• Proficient in English and equipped with sales skills.
• Handy and capable of fixing broken equipment in the tunnel.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform hands-on maintenance work.
