Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care to our patients, including routine check-ups, restorative procedures, and cosmetic treatments.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the management and decision-making processes of the practice as a part owner.
• Engage with the community to promote North Oaks Dental and build a loyal patient base.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Michigan.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in practice ownership.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary dental practice is a plus.
