We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles on a variety of shifts –

• 1st Shift Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday
• Weekend Nights: 6:00pm-6:00am, Friday through Sunday

What a Machine Operator will do at Polaris:

• Operates equipment and is responsible for the proper use of machines, tooling and inspection equipment
• Maintains production rate in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality assigned to the job
• Ensures all production process documentation is completed and accurate
• Completes secondary operations such as deburring, assembling and washing parts during the machine cycle time per the print and machining process

What you need to be a Machine Operator at Polaris:

• High School Diploma or GED completion required
• 6 months of previous machine operation experience
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
• Must be able to perform basic-level math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals) #PolarisMCO
