TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Working hours will be determined by the needs of the testing schedule but must be available during the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. Hours will vary weekly based on testing needs. This is not a full-time position.

LOCATION: North Marion High School

DATES: Limited Term from January 30 – June 2, 2024 or as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School diploma or equivalent as required by OAR 581-37-030. Oregon Department of Education
2. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and their records
4. Ability to supervise individual or groups of students in an instructional setting without constant teacher oversight
5. Ability to deliver testing programs to students who have learning and physical disabilities and/or behavior problems
6. Willingness to attend mandatory test training within work hours

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist administration in the coordination, planning, and dissemination of school-wide testing preparation including: calendars, testing rosters, student testing cards
2. Track student progress and plan/coordinate testing completion for students who do not finish during typical test administration time
3. Communicate with teachers/administrators regarding student completion progress and arrange times for students to complete testing
4. Perform other duties as assigned
