Leasing Consultant - El Paso, TX

The North Loop Apartments is looking for a strong candidate for a Leasing Consultant position. Great customer service skills, communication and leasing skills are a must.

Requirements:

• Responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.
• All skills and aspects of leasing apartments
• Skilled at providing required weekly reports (leasing and accounting)
• Ability to multi-task and provide support for the needs of the property
• Participate in outreach marketing activities on a regular basis to obtain prospective residents
• Conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities

• Demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to clients needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sale

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

• High school or equivalent

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
