Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in assessing the needs of our clients, providing counseling and support, and connecting them with resources and services to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and economic needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support to clients facing various challenges.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary services and resources.
• Coordinate with external agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure clients receive appropriate support and assistance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress, and service referrals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to review and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• CSW (Certified Social Worker) or LSW (Licensed Social Worker) license required.
• Experience working in a social services setting, preferably with diverse populations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Proficiency in Korean language is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
