The IT Technician provides end-user (helpdesk) support and troubleshooting for all organizational personnel. This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the computer network including but not limited to hardware, operating systems, various types of software, and email administration. This position is also responsible for regularly checking and maintaining exam room and diagnostic room equipment and computers.
