Hiring Range $16.37-$21.83/hr.
A Direct Care Associate(Parent Aide) provides services to families who are in crisis or have children at risk for abuse or neglect , they assist with tasks needed to prevent out of home placements of children or assist with re-unification if children have been removed from the home.
A Direct Care Associate will:
High school diploma or GED and one year of work experience with special populations such as children and adolescents, mental health challenges, developmentally disabled, and patients in a direct care facility such as a hospital, nursing home, group home, day care, or in a community/behavioral health setting.
Your resume should include information to demonstrate how you meet the minimum qualifications as posted. If the Department’s Human Resource Division is unable to determine that you meet the minimum qualifications, credit will not be given.
