North Dakota Housing Finance Agency is Hiring a Remote IT Analyst

At the core of everything we do, the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) believes that everyone deserves a safe, affordable, and accessible place to call home, and we’re looking for an IT Analyst to help move our mission forward.

This position will assist with the design, testing, installation, and implementation of hardware and software applications of the Agency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from taking on large complex projects to assisting others with utilizing IT to streamline projects and processes.

As the IT Analyst you will:

  • Analyze and monitor agency IT systems and recommend and implement design enhancements.
  • Oversee hardware and server maintenance.
  • Actively participate in the development and maintenance of all Agency Menu Driven programs.
  • Develop knowledge of mortgage accounting policies and procedures to ensure system compliance.
  • Write and maintain system documentation.
  • Ensure agency applications continue to meet business needs and remain in compliance with federal, state and investor reporting requirements.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software applications ensuring end user needs are met.
  • Actively listen and understand the root cause of business issues and needs.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a computer science related field. Additional applicable experience can be substituted for two years of the education requirement.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with work experience using programing languages including C#.
  • The successful candidate must also successfully complete the interview process including reference and background checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
