We are seeking a self-motivated, goal-oriented team player to provide high quality concierge patient care. Superior customer service, communication, and technical skills are required for this position. We do all aspects of dentistry and so we need a team member with a wide range of skills.
We practice Complete Health Dentistry that focuses on the relationship of Oral Health to overall health. Our practice offers comprehensive dental care in a fee for service environment. Our team focuses equally on exceptional customer service and providing the highest quality of care.
Job Description
- Prepare operatories for treatment
- Welcome and seat patients
- Follow prescribed procedures and protocols while assisting the dentists
- Perform sterilization of instruments
- Adhere to Infection Control Protocols
- Take impressions and diagnostic records, including digital impressions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- CEREC experience is a plus
- Mentor fresher dental assistants on our team in chairside abilities and patient communication
- Holding team members accountable in a professional productive manner
- Co-lead with the team leader on managing the clinical team members
Job Requirements
- California RDA license
- 4 years of dental assisting experience (preferred)
- High computer literacy (electronic charting only)
- Dentrix and Dexis experience
- Available Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm
