North Country Healthcare Home Health & Hospice Agency - REGISTERED NURSES is Hiring a RN - Weekend Baylor Shift - North Country Home Health & Hospice Near Berlin, NH

This position qualifies for a Commencement Bonus of up to $20,000.00!

Job Summary:

The HomeHealth Registered Nurse implements teaching appropriate to the patient’s needsand within the context of his or her home environment and value system. To provide nursing assessment, planning andcare to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families in accordancewith the interdisciplinary plan of care. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)assumes the responsibility and accountability for the practice of professionalnursing in a manner consistent with the NH State Nurse Practice Act in the homesetting . This is considered a 1.0 FTE exempt position that starts Friday at 4:30 pm and ends at 8:00 am Monday morning and includes call and visits. 

Essential Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current NH RN License and BLS certification required. Must be proficient oral and written communication skills. and have excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. Current clinical experience preferred.
