We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. - Attractive total compensation package ranging from $195,500.00 to $215,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.

- Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Residency
- Be board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, (under-served populations)
