We are seeking a clinician with the ability and desire to travel to any of the 12 communities in our network: Bullhead City, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon Village, Holbrook, Kingman, Lake Havasu, Payson, Round Valley, Seligman, Show Low, Williams, and Winslow. These communities range in size from 700 to 70,000 and are located in the pine forest mountains, high plains, true desert, and along the Colorado River. We require that our Traveler have a permanent residence within approximately a 30-minute drive from any one of our clinic locations. Mileage and lodging will be reimbursed for travel to other locations.

• Attractive total compensation package ranging from125,000 to 135,000 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice at NCHC

• Have an unrestricted Arizona license or able to obtain one.
• 2 years or more of work experience as an FNP in a primary care setting
• Preference for or experience in rural, underserved, or FQHC experience
