Position temporarily based in Estacada, then Portland RDC #950


What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for processing housekeeping invoices for SSG
  • Responsible for billing and processing freight charges
  • Manage SupplyFORCE Billing error queue and A/R Mashup
  • Assist and backup iSAMSupport with billings, transfers, and other duties.
  • Review and process return goods
  • Review transfer discrepancies
  • Facilitate Processing of Customer Billings and Credits
  • Facilitate core operations-related duties.
  • File and Track Freight/Vendor Discrepancies and Damages
  • Ensure that all Operations-related Queues are managed, monitored, or worked, to meet or exceed the required goals/deadlines for each.
  • Other duties as assigned


What You Will Bring:

  • Committed to 100% accuracy.
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong customer service focus (Internal/external customers)
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel (Advanced), Word
  • Familiarity with NCE computer system (Epicor Eclipse)
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • Work cooperatively with team members and customers, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Office Work Environment
  • Extensive phone and computer usage
  • Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires regular and reliable attendance
