Mobile Cultivation/ Trim Crew

Our mobile crew works in some of the best cannabis facilities in the state of Michigan and will give you the training and experience you need to succeed in the cannabis industry.

Job Details

• Multiple job opportunities between Lansing and Adrian

• Starting pay up to $19/hr depending on experience

• Must be able to pass a background check (felonies will disqualify for this position)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive work environment by following code of conduct guidelines set forth by NCS
• NCS services our clients with harvesting, defoliation, trimming and packaging
• Must always maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Comfortable working 8-10/hour shifts
• Must be comfortable traveling within a general area

Qualifications

• A minimum of (1) year of defoliation, harvesting, and trimming experience is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 40 lbs. for extended periods

COVID-19 considerations:
Most facilities require gloves, masks, and hairnets. Some also require aprons which they will provide.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• trimming cannabis: 1 year (Preferred)
• harvesting cannabis: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
