Description of Job Duties

Monitor websites and e-mail accounts that receive orders. Report orders to Coffee Lab staff. Confirm delivery of all orders. Respond to customer inquiries about orders. Deliver orders to the US Post Office, mailroom, or directly to campus customers. Keep an accurate inventory of fulfillment supplies (boxes, mailing labels, and so forth) and report needs to the Coffee Lab staff and faculty advisors. Work with other student workers on roasting, packaging, and catering as needed. Attend to customers and visitors.

Do the job duties for this position include any driving requirements?

Job Qualifications

Qualified candidates must be able to get around campus with some lifting. Generally no more than 10 pounds. With larger boxes, ability to contact the supervisor to assure the delivery is made.

The candidate must be available multiple days per week.
