Maintenance/Construction Tech III employees are responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs for a variety of mechanical and facility maintenance trades (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, temporary roof repairs, locksmith work, door hardware, and fire alarm systems, etc.) in support of Air National Guard facilities.
Employee in this position is responsible for completing work orders that are assigned, using attached checklist for each work order and follows time management practices. Employee is typically skilled in two or more of these mechanical and maintenance trades and may be required to perform other duties as necessary.
Employee will be subject to on-call and may work past normal duty hours and on weekends in the event of emergencies or as needed.
This is a full time position (40 hours per week) with Benefits.

If selected for this position, a new salary will be recalculated taking into consideration the quantity of relevant education and experience, funding availability, and internal equity.
