Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the facility. Your leadership and organizational skills will contribute to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

- Ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards

- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly

- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate supply at all times

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards

- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction

Skills:

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

- Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, techniques, and procedures

- Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff

- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Knowledge of commercial cleaning products and equipment

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and guests

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25-32 depending on experience!
