Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the organization
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Assist in budgeting and financial management processes
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Assist in developing and implementing educational programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proven experience in strategic planning and management
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to educate, train, and develop staff members
