Duties:

  • Greets all guests with a positive attitude
  • Issues parking passes for guests and visitors and monitors/directs traffic in parking areas
  • Patrols parking area to ensure proper passes displayed for guest/visitors and notifies guests & visitors when parking pass/time has expired
  • Maintains the overall appearance of the parking and pool areas including picking up trash and changing trash receptacles
  • Promptly resolves any guest complaints or issues
  • Other duties as assigned
