Duties:
- Greets all guests with a positive attitude
- Issues parking passes for guests and visitors and monitors/directs traffic in parking areas
- Patrols parking area to ensure proper passes displayed for guest/visitors and notifies guests & visitors when parking pass/time has expired
- Maintains the overall appearance of the parking and pool areas including picking up trash and changing trash receptacles
- Promptly resolves any guest complaints or issues
- Other duties as assigned
