North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit private corporation that contracts with the Department of Developmental Services to coordinate services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. At North Bay, we’re promoting opportunities by supporting choices for people with developmental disabilities.
North Bay Regional Center serves over 10,000 people living within the geographic boundaries of Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. Guided by our NBRC Mission and Values to assist people with developmental disabilities to obtain the services and supports needed to live as others do in the community, NBRC has established Strategic Goals to guide our efforts in focused areas: employment, independence, community access and family support.

Under the general direction of a Case Management Supervisor, responsible for the full range of case management duties including cases requiring intensive case management and high levels of expertise. Implements the clients' service plans. If assigned to support young children (ages 3-6), will be responsible for assisting Intake with the process of determining Lanterman eligibility for children under “Provisional Eligibility” criteria prior to turning 5 years old.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • A Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a field which offers content related to developmental disabilities, such as social work, psychology, counseling, special education or nursing and three years of employment in a field related to developmental disabilities.
  • Minimum qualifications may be waived depending on the agency’s need for specialized skills (such as language abilities).
  • Under a mandate issued by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) on September 28, 2021, all Regional Center Employees must be fully vaccinated by November 30, 2021, or be approved for a medical or religious exemption by NBRC. Also, all NBRC employees must receive their booster dose no later than March 1, 2022, or no later than 15 days after becoming eligible for the booster. If offered a position at NBRC, all newly hired employees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or to engage with NBRC in an interactive discussion regarding a potential medical or religious exemption.
