Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule management, including coordinating appointments and meetings
• Assist in auditing certain operations related documentation and attendance tracking
• Office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary team to ensure clients’ needs are met
• Facilitate client intake
• Ability to complete biopsychosocial assessment and other behavioral health specific intake duties for individuals seeking behavioral health services
• Utilize diagnostic evaluation tools to assess mental health conditions and clinical impressions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Foster a positive work environment through effective team management

```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools and ability to interpret assessment results
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
- Sensitivity to gender, trauma, and identity diversity in counseling

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
