As a valued member of our shipping department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing shipments by accurately selecting the appropriate products and packaging them securely for transportation
• Verifying the accuracy of all outgoing orders by double-checking quantities and product codes
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to schedule and prioritize shipments based on deadlines and customer requests
• Creating shipping labels and documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms
• Operating forklifts and other equipment to safely load and unload products onto delivery trucks
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient shipping process
• Communicating and coordinating with shipping carriers to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
• Assisting with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any shipping-related inquiries or complaints from clients

To excel in this role, you should have a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You must also thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential.
