North American Roofing services is a national roofing contracting focused on the commercial roofing industry. We are looking to add to our Service teams in the greater Nashville or Memphis, TN area.

Job duties:

• Ability to find and repair all types of low-slope commercial roofs
• Perform Service repairs as needed
• Perform small contract jobs
• Performing inspections with minor preventative maintenance repairs
• Communicating with the customers on repairs or inspection status’ and assisting in resolving various issues
• Assisting in all snow and hurricane events to either participate in repairs or supervision
• Responsible for learning and operating service software (FCS)
• Ability to provide accurate information into service software (FCS)

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years of commercial roofing experience as an installer or service technician
• Ability to obtain OSHA, Man-lift, and Forklift certifications will be required
• Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs
• Must be able to work outside in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Ability to operate tablet and smartphone
• Weekend and/or overnight travel may be required
• A good driving record is essential for this position
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
