1.Tracks manufacturing plan versus actual performance, reasons for missed plans, and associatedperformance improvement countermeasures.
2.Audits Manpower plan versus actual for each shift, escalates variances, tracks reasons andcountermeasure for systemic variances to the plan.
3.Participate in Impact and Kaizen activities, as required.
4.Performs other duties as assigned.
1.Education & Experience: Meets one of the following requirements:
a.Bachelor’s Degree in business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, M.I.S. or arelated discipline, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience in related manufacturing functions; OR
b.Associate degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, M.I.S. or arelated discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of related experience in related manufacturing functions; OR
c.HS Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of related experience in related manufacturing functions
2.Strong Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in the following areas:
a.Knowledge and understanding of JIT manufacturing systems
b.Knowledge and understanding of NAL manufacturing capabilities
c.Organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
d.Data Acquisition, analysis, and reporting skills
e.Computer skills — proficient in standard business software with advanced skills in MS Excel(spreadsheets and graphs) and MS Access (tables and queries)
f.Written and verbal communications and presentation skills
g.Interpersonal skills — to confidently interact with individuals at all levels of authority and to maintaincomposure in stressful and/or sensitive situations
