North Allegheny School District seeks candidates to fill Middle School Building Substitute positions to finish the 2021-2022 School Year.
The Building Substitute will support a middle school program and class environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth by providing engaging and rich experiences. The substitute must have the ability to establish effective rapport with students, motivates students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for learning.
Day-to-Day Substitute Pay:

Days 1-30 (non-consecutive): $100.00 per day - for the current school year
Days 31 (non-consecutive): $120.00 per day - for the current school year
31st Consecutive Day in Assignment
70% of Step 1 per the collective bargaining agreement

Pennsylvania Teaching Certification is required.
Current clearances are required and include:

Child Abuse History Clearance
PA Criminal Record Check
FBI Fingerprint Clearance
Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training
Successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment Physical and TB Test.
