• Perform upgrades to refrigerated warehouse space with the Maintenance/Engineering team.
• Maintain existing warehousing & production facilities.
• Inspect and repair machinery as well as facility systems like electrical and plumbing.
• Welding repairing parts or systems.
• Assist in maintenance of company vehicles.
• Coordinate project status with supervision to prevent unplanned production downtime.

• Ability to follow plans for repair and maintenance
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, sanders in the set up and fitting for welding or in finishing of welds.
• Physically capable of lifting as much as 100 pounds, and carrying 50 pounds
• Must demonstrate strong problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize task
• High school diploma or GED
• A certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in facility/factory maintenance, including with conveyor belts
