Location: West Covina, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $18-$20 an hr

We’re looking for an experienced AMO Clerk with automotive experience and a guest service approach to daily responsibilities. Your work is key in ensuring operational effectiveness and ultimately ensuring guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves experience. This role is a great entry point into your career with us!

AMO clerk would be responsible to remit payment to the Extended Service Contract companies as well as Gap and other aftermarket products sold. They would also process the cancellations of these products and issue the refunds to either the consumer or the lenders. Reserve Reconciliations are part of AMO as the banks now debit reserve statements for Gap Cancellations. Heavy reconciliation and schedule cleaning.

This position is also responsible for the daily used car ICO purchases and payments to our guests.

What You’ll Do:

• F&I, Ethos, AMO reconciliations and cancellations
• Reserve reconciliations
• Used car purchases and dealer trades
• Other duties, as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Knowledge of the Automotive industry mandatory
• Proficiency in Computers- Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets
• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
