The *Dietary Aide / Culinary Assistant* performs proper dishwashing and cleaning procedures, assists in tray set-up area and performs related duties as assigned.

Essential Functions include:

Helps set up meal trays for delivery, Helps set up serving area for residents and employees, Moves food carts into corridor for Nursing Services Receives, Stacks and washes flatware Transports clean items to their proper place Cleans work area and equipment, Discards broken dishes and chipped glassware, Controls use of soap and temperature of wash and rinse water, Removes garbage from dishwashing area, Attends inservices and education programs as assigned, Performs related duties as assigned, Major equipment utilized includes blender, mixer, potato peeler, meat slicer, toaster, grinder, can opener, dish machine, sprayer, disposal, plate warmer and steam table.

Must be able to be on feet for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day and walk short distances throughout the day. Must be able to stoop/bend/reach/lift throughout each shift and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Schedule is flexible based on your availability in combination with facility need. 4-hour shifts also available if part-time employment is desired. There is a requirement to work every-other-weekend.

Pay: $14.30 - $14.56 per hour
