Job Summary The Third-Party Risk Analyst is responsible for assisting and guiding the risk management function, including risk document management, risk qualification, contract negotiation, ongoing monitoring, and risk relationship management programs.
Essential Functions Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities - Collaborates with operational areas to ensures contractual obligations are met and sustained.
- Recommends and implements policies related to the oversight of third parties informing and training necessary internal teams and staff on new processes and procedures.
- Works with lines of business to execute third party/risk relationship management tools, processes and procedures including third party/risk scorecards, KPI tracking, and ensuring periodic risk reviews are completed.
- Support the standardization of the Third Party/Risk Relationship Management framework and recommend policy, procedure, and tool changes to improve effectiveness of the program.
- Manages day-to-day third party/risk relationships ensuring contract terms are fulfilled, third party/risk is mitigated, and invoicing is correct. Resolves disputes in professional manner to preserve relationships, as required.
- Collaborates with internal customers to conduct due diligence for third parties, facilitates the relationship, and creates third party action plans.
- Prepares and presents third party/risk management reporting focusing on service levels, risks, issues, proactively identified opportunities, and ideas for improvement.
- Creates standard operating procedures and communication around new processes and procedures.
Non-Essential Duties and Functions Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field OR equivalent work experience as determined by HR.
- 4 years' experience of third-party risk management, supply chain management, purchasing, audit, finance, or related field.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications Above requirements and the following: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
- 5 years' experience of third-party risk management, supply chain management, purchasing, audit, finance, or related field.
- Experience as an advisor.
- Strategic focus and analysis.

Other Information Below is the salary range for potential new hires:
Salary Range: $52,120.20 - $85,724.33
Other Compensation: Incentive Plan
